How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Everyone who contacts Linkwages Concrete should be treated fairly. If something went wrong, we want to hear about it. This page explains how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You are welcome to write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or messaging Linkwages Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The behavior of a contractor we introduced you to

When the Issue Is With a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. Each is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, raise it with the contractor first and keep a written record of what was said.

Please still let us know. Feedback about contractors helps keep our network honest, and contractors who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Linkwages Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money you paid a contractor, or act on a contractor's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@linkwages.homes and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you have it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that we received your complaint, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which can include contacting the contractor. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
